I had never in the past used someone to help me rent my condo. This year the tenant unexpectantly broke the lease and I was headed out of town – So ,at the recommendation of a friend, I hired Ashley – I am SO glad I did! She took care of the whole process, wrote the ad and with my aprroval posted it – She fielded all the applications and discussed with me the pros and cons of each. She helped me to get the condo ready for showing and, with my permission, did the first showings. I met with my first choice and decided to rent to a wonderful young family. Ashely continued to facilitate the paper work, the move in process and the handing over the keys. Throughout she was enthusiatic, professional and a pure joy. I will definitely be using her services for any future real estate needs: renting, buying and selling!

Ashley was an absolute gem during our search for housing! She is friendly, energetic, very knowledgeable, and highly professional! My husband and I are recent transplants from Atlanta, and knew very little about the different areas surrounding Chicago. After hearing about our style, interests, preferences, and what we were looking for in a neighborhood, Ashley took the reins on scheduling and guiding us through several property tours. Within only one weekend, Ashley led us to the perfect condo in the West Loop that had everything we were looking for in a property, and was within our budget! Ashley also organized and facilitated all of the administrative move-in tasks on our behalf, such as reviewing our lease agreement, speaking with building management about move-in reservations, and ensuring that our key was ready for us on our move-in date. She updated us every couple of days on the status of our lease agreement, and regularly reminded us of checklist items we needed to take care of prior to our move-in. Thanks to Ashley, our move to Chicago was seamless and anxiety-free! We could not have asked for a better leasing agent! We will most certainly be calling her again when we are searching for our next property.

I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a new home. She worked tirelessly to put together options for us. She worked personally with us as a liaison for the building owners/landlords. She was down to earth in discussing details of the properties with us.
